I agree with the terms and conditions

  • Notify your accountmanager of any problems within 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
  • Include clear pictures in case of quality problems.
  • Make note of a delay, missing or damaged boxes on the airwaybill and/or bill of lading.
  • Do not refuse a shipment or product without permission of your accountmanager.
  • Always try to sell at best possible price when there is still a market value.
  • Send your final claim by using this claim form no later than 72 hours after receiving your shipment.
  • Holex flower will only be able to credit cost of affected goods as shown on invoice.
  • Do not deduct credits from your payment without a credit invoice from holex flower bv.
